📢 WemX v1.9.1 is available
Hi everyone,
WemX v1.9.1 is here, somewhat earlier than expected. As many know, we usually release updates on the 1st of each month, since we are approaching the end of this year, 1st of January is kind of an unfortunate date as many will be on Christmas break. So for that reason, this update is coming out 10 days earlier :).
In This update, we have added some QOL changes, fixed bugs and added new features. Let's walk through the list of changes.
WemX.net
We are introducing some changes to wemx.net.
- Billing, License and custom requests tickets will now need to be created on wemx.net/tickets. Support still remains through discord
- Pricing is now displayed as annually and projected as monthly, you can still purchase monthly plans
- Added Marketplace

Marketplace
As many of you may have noticed, wemx.net now has a "resources" pages or also known as the marketplace where developers can publish their work to other users. The marketplace is meant only for assets and products related to WemX. We are working on improving our documentation on building custom modules and services.
Our team has published some modules already, we expect to release new modules very soon.

Tickets Module
The tickets module has always been a much requested feature since the release of WemX. I wanted to take my time with this to make it visually appealing as well as provide a robust chat-system for handling support efficiently. I believe we have achieved all those points with this module.

- Discord Bot to sync tickets with discord
Responders is an algorithm that allows admins to setup bots that automatically respond when a specific keyword or a set of keyword is detected. This is particularly useful if you want to automatically respond to repetitive questions.
The discord bot is a custom bot developed by us that sync tickets between the web and discord. Whenever a new ticket is created on your application, the bot automatically creates the ticket on your discord server and sync the messages in that channel between discord and the web. It's mainly meant for admins to have easier access to tickets.
The tickets module is available for FREE to Platinum license holders. If you wish to purchase it directly, it's currently priced at $19.99

Package Webhooks
There are some breaking changes if you use package webhooks. Variables now have to be wrapped inside {{ }} for example $order->name becomes {{ $order->name }}. Package emails now also support the exact same variables as webhooks. You can also use blade syntax inside emails and webhooks https://laravel.com/docs/10.x/blade
Quantum Theme
Padow has been working on the Quantum theme for Pterodactyl for the last few months, everything is slowly coming together and almost finished. Alpha release will be available soon. We will contact those who are eligible to come try out the theme. You are welcome to post your feedback on Discord in the Quantum thread under the WemX channel
Proxmox Service
Currently I am rewriting the Proxmox service to support LXC, and QEMU and add more configurable options in package settings and at checkout. If you have suggestions, feel free to create an issue on Github for the proxmox service

We are always planning ahead, at the moment, we are working on making the installation process much faster and allowing WemX to be installed easier on cpanel and other web control panels. More information about this will follow.
