1. Users Agree With Our EULA: Before using any Product, you must first agree to our End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). Failure to do so will restrict you from using our Products.
2. Intellectual Property Rights: All Products sold on our application or any application connected to WemX are the intellectual property of WemX and its licensors. When you purchase a Product, you are not purchasing ownership rights to that Product; rather, you are purchasing a license to use that Product under the terms specified in the EULA. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our Products is strictly prohibited.
3. No Redistribution: Unless granted official permission by us in writing, you may not distribute, publicly display, sell, or otherwise transfer copies of our Products.
Legal Usage
1. Legal Means: You represent and warrant that you have the legal means and authority to use WemX and to agree to these Terms. You may not use the application if doing so would be in violation of any law or regulation applicable to you.
Appropriate Usage
1. Intended Use: You agree to use WemX only for the purposes that it is intended for, as described on our website or application interface. Any unauthorized use of WemX, including but not limited to hacking, data scraping, or unauthorized copying, is strictly prohibited and may result in your immediate suspension.
Account Suspension
1. Right to Suspend: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to WemX for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, the EULA, or any applicable law. We are not obligated to provide you with any prior notice or reason for any such suspension.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the WemX application constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
Tebex Clause
The following clause applies to all purchases made through the Tebex Gateway.
We partner with Tebex Limited (www.tebex.io), who are the official merchant of digital content produced by us. If you wish to purchase licenses to use digital content we produce, you must do so through Tebex as our licensed reseller and merchant of record. In order to make any such purchase from Tebex, you must agree to their terms, available at https://checkout.tebex.io/terms. If you have any queries about a purchase made through Tebex, including but not limited to refund requests, technical issues or billing enquiries, you should contact Tebex support at https://www.tebex.io/contact/checkout in the first instance.
